Don't adjust your calendar. Unfortunately, yes, it's still April 1, but it's not 1989 anymore—despite the fact that hundreds of people have lined for Guns 'N Roses tickets.

Some have been waiting outside the old Tower Records on Sunset since since Thursday night for tickets to a "secret" G'n'R show later tonight. According to TMZ, only 250 tickets will be given away.

The man at the front of the line, 34-year-old Mike Torres, had been waiting since 8 p.m., Thursday night, for his ticket. He coyly told LAist that he "put together the pieces" to figure out he had to be here. Smart guy!

No official announcement has been made as to when and where the show will take place, but as Consequence of Sound suggests, it's likely at the Troubadour, whose marquee reads, "Not in this lifetime"—Axl Rose's answer three years ago when asked if he would ever reunite with Slash:

Tonight's show will be the first time since 1993 that Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan have played together. The band will be playing Coachella and are expected to embark on a world tour, but so far only dates in Las Vegas and Mexico City are confirmed.
