If you’re on the Westside, think about attending "class" at ABC University LA—a social drinking club that meets every other week at a new location. They’re making their way through the alphabet and tonight’s they’re on letter N and have chosen to descend on Nikki’s in Venice Beach. Specials include: 2-for-1 drinks, 50% off appetizers from 7 to 10 pm and $5 Nikki's Viru vodka juice specials all night. 7 pm to close.

There’s a cool multimedia group exhibition Giant Artists NOW that opens tonight at Space 15 Twenty. The show features recent work in various media from photographers, illustrators, designers an filmmakers of the Giant Artists agency. Artists include: Aaron Ruell, Blake E. Marquis, David Black, Graphic Therapy, Emily Shur, Glynis Selina Arban,Jeremy & Claire Weiss, Jess Holzworth, Keren Richter, Lauren Dukoff, Michael Schmelling, RJ Shaughnessy, Seth Smoot and Shirley Kurata. Reception tonight from 7-10 pm. RSVP: The exhibition runs through Jan. 9, 2011.

Musician, singer and performance artist Peaches brings a Peaches-style production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber and Sir Tim Rice's musical, Jesus Christ Superstar to the Orpheum Theater tonight. In Peaches Christ Superstar, she she sings all the roles in the musical, accompanied by Chilly Gonzales on piano. 8 pm. Tickets: $38.50. Perfect for the holiday season, no? Putting Christ back in Christmas, maybe?

Writer-director Ken Roht, costume designer Ann Closs-Farley (Pee Wee Herman on Broadway), and co-composer John Ballinger brings Ken Roht's Same-O, A 99¢ Only Electric Ballad to the Bootleg Theater this weekend, the last performances of the year. As they've done in years past, all costumes are made out of 99¢ Only merchandise and recycled paper products from Green Print Alliance. This year's production "takes the audience on a hero's journey... that ends in gay marriage." Tonight at 8 pm. Tickets: $25.
