Here's what's going on in LA tonight. One of our picks is a really cheesy movie—starring Bo Derek and Anthony Quinn—on the big screen. There's also a pajama party comedy talk show at the Gaylord; bellydancing and other dances at the Ford Amphitheatre's J.A.M. Session; live music and DJ sets at Bardot; and the last day of the Anime Expo. Read on for all the details (and check out the really bad trailer if you have a sec).

Tonight at 8 pm, Gaylord Apartment residents Carl Kozlowski and Adam Gropman host the Pajama Party Comedy-Talk Show in the lobby of the building. Guests on the bill tonight include: comedians The Walsh Brothers, Amir K, Brenda Colonna, Jake West and musical comedy artist Jackie Loeb. Audience members get free apple pie a la mode, too, and the HMS Bounty is located right next door. Free.

If you’re a fan of MST3K and RiffTrax, then you need to head to NerdMelt’s Horrible Movie Night tonight at 8 pm. It’s time to poke fun of some of the worst movies ever made, and the audience is welcome to participate in the mockery. Come up with the best one-liners of the night for prizes. Hosts John Mathot (Disney’s Phineas & Ferb), Susan Wright (The Because Show podcast), and improv troupe The Omelettes present a Bo Derek “classic” called Ghosts Can't Do It. $8 in advance, $10 at door.

The Ford Amphitheatre hosts a free J.A.M. Session for all ages tonight at 7 pm. Middle Eastern dance expert and teacher Roxxanne shows participants a joyous Lebanese line dance, as well as a variety of other Middle Eastern dances including both the traditional and khaleeji belly dances. Free, but reservations recommended.

It’s the last day of North America's largest anime, manga and pop culture party—the Anime Expo—at the LA Convention Center. Fans of Japanese animation, manga, music, games and fashion have a few more hours of cosplay and the opportunity to immerse themselves in anime. Adult general admission tickets: $45.

It’s a School Night welcomes live music and DJ sets from both up-and-coming and seasoned artists every Monday night at Bardot in Hollywood. Tonight’s lineup includes live performances by Capital Cities, String Fellow Hawks, Jaz James, Maydoubt (DJ set) and Waldo (DJ set). Free with RSVP for those 21+; $10 for 18+ with RSVP. Doors at 8 pm.
