L.A.'s own Metta World Peace was spotted over the weekend delivering what could be construed as a slight to the Lakers -- while rapping in Canada, the local basketball star rocked a Vancouver Grizzlies t-shirt.

Yes! It really happened. TMZ broke the story. And according to The Vancouver Sun, it happened at a club called Canvas.

Granted, TMZ notes that the Grizzlies moved from Vancouver to Memphis in 2001. Honestly, it probably means nothing. Even Lakers Nation isn't upset about it. They must realize that World Peace starts at home.
