We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership.

LA Angels defeat Texas Rangers 5-4 (11 innings). Even Fernando Rodney couldn’t get the Angels down. Staked to a 4-2 lead in the ninth inning, Rodney once again blew a save thanks to Bengie Molina’s single and an audacious double-steal. Juan Rivera came through in the top of the 11th inning with a solo homer. Torii Hunter gave the Angels the lead with a solo homer in the fourth inning, and Mitch Moreland responded with solo homers in the fifth and seven innings off of Angels’ starter Jered Weaver. Peter Bourjos’s sacrifice fly and Maicer Izturis’ single in the eighth inning gave the Angels the one-run advantage with Juan Rivera adding a solo shot in the ninth inning.

Arizona Diamondbacks defeat LA Dodgers 7-5. Read my recap of the game.
