LAist at the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards: 'True Blood' Set

There was a lot of opportunity to see and speak to cast members of HBO's "True Blood" who were nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series at the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild awards on Saturday. We've included some of the many photographs we took of: Anna Paquin (Sookie Stackhouse), Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton), Alexander Skarsgård (Eric Northman), Deorah Ann Wolll (Jessica Hamby), Nelsan Ellis (Lafayette Reynolds), Mariana Klaveno (Lorena), Kristin Bauer (Pam), Anna Camp (Sarah Newlin), Rutina Wesley (Tara Thornton), Todd Lowe (Terry Bellefleur), Sam Trammell (Sam Merlotte), and Mehcad Brooks (Eggs).

Unfortunately, the team lost out to "Mad Men" which is a good show, but we're not sure that cast pushed themselves as much as "True Blood" did - but we're confident that they will get the recognition they deserve soon enough.
