Photos: Angelenos Show Off Their Sweet Halloween Costumes

Before you
Dear reader, we're asking you to help us keep local news available for all. Your tax-deductible financial support keeps our stories free to read, instead of hidden behind paywalls. We believe when reliable local reporting is widely available, the entire community benefits. Thank you for investing in your neighborhood.

We asked for your best Halloween costumes, and you delivered, Los Angeles. From homages to horror flicks like They Live! and Nightmare on Elm Street, to nods to throwbacks like Weird Science and He-Man (but with an added man-bun for "He-Man Bun"), Angelenos got creative with their outfits. We also saw a Netflix and Chill costumed duo, a witty Cat Stevens, and even got submissions of adorable dog outfits (like a hippie pup holding a joint). This is giving us some ideas for next year's Halloween.
