Joe Francis Says Jury That Convicted Him Is 'Mentally F***ing Retarded' And Should Be 'Lined Up And Shot'
"Girls Gone Wild" producer Joe Francis gave an unhinged interview (as if he gives any other kind) to The Hollywood Reporter the day after he was convicted of the false imprisonment of three women that he met at a Hollywood club in 2011.
Francis let loose a tirade about the jury that convicted him earlier this month on-camera:
"I want that jury to know that each and every one of you are mentally f--ing retarded and you should be euthanized because, as Darwin said, you have naturally selected yourself. You are the weakest members of the herd. Goodbye! And if that jury wants to convict me because I didn't show up, which is the only reason why they did, then, you know, they should all be lined up and shot!"
Francis' conviction stems from an incident that happened in January 2011. He met the three victims at Hollywood's Supper Club, where they were celebrating someone's college graduation. Francis invited the women to his limo, and the women said they thought he was giving them a ride to their car. Instead, they ended up at his home. His bodyguard and driver whipped out phony "sheriff's badges" and barred the women from leaving the limo. Francis tried to separate one of the women from her friends and a fight broke out. Francis is accused of grabbing a woman by the throat and hair and slamming her head to the floor. The women broke free and called 9-1-1.
Francis says he would never do such a thing in the way they claimed, and he kept telling the reporter, "Rich guys don't do that. I'm a sophisticated, classy guy." He says he invited the women to his home after meeting them at the Supper Club in Hollywood. He says the facts don't add up, "They [say they] got their head slammed on a tile floor and they were imprisoned here for hours. They said it was here on the tile floor. I don't see any tile right here. Now you've been here for hours. Have you been imprisoned?"
Francis believes that the jury convicted him not because of the evidence, but because they're all jealous haters, duh:
"I have private jets, I have a great life, I'm a good-looking guy. I'm not conceited, but like -- look, I have girls around me all the time, whatever I want. I make a lot of money. It's a great life. If I wasn't me, I'd f--ing hate me."
And if you don't like him, he thinks it's probably because of the size of your genitals:
"You know why I've been criticized, why I've been brutalized? Anybody who criticizes me, anybody who -- it's just a jealous guy. Everybody who says, 'Oh, Joe Francis is this' -- look at their penis and tell me if it's small. Tell me!"
It sounds like most of the interview happened with his girlfriend model Abbey Wilson at his side. The reporter decides to engage him on the question of penis size, and Francis seems pretty happy to respond: "It's been widely reported my penis is huge, but look, I have nothing to prove."
But then he does. He asks his girlfriend to verify the rumors, but she refuses and sneaks off to the kitchen. Francis says they're planning to start a family soon.
Francis asks the interviewer for one request: "Don't make me look crazy."
