Get Out: Indie Music Fest in the Mountains, 2 Art Walks & Restaurant Week

BuFest
From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. tonight and tomorrow night, BuFest, a green indie music event, is happening over at Paramount Ranch, a National Park Unit in the Santa Monica Mountains. It's a beautiful park, especially at sunset, and now it can have a live soundtrack. More info here.
LACMA ArtWalk
Four museums, 20 galleries all in one miracle mile. And to make this event even more sweet, Yelp's restaurant week is beginning in conjunction with this event. More info here.
Art & Design Walk
Head over to the Beverly/Robertson/Melrose area in West Hollywood from 4 to 8 p.m. for this event that takes you from restaurant to gallery to showroom. Whether it's 2 for 1 cocktails at Sur Restaurant or the new City of Angels exhibition at the Muriel Kretchner Gallery, there's a lot of little happenings in all storefronts along the walk. See the First Transformers in the Park
It's the annual Movie on the Lawn at Orange County's Great Park in Irvine tonight and they are letting everyone catch up on the first Transformer's movie before the sequel comes premieres. It's free, as well as parking. You just have to get down to the OC. More info here.
Crazy Instruments, Night Two
There was a time when CalArts was offered to house Harry Partch newly invented instruments, but the school had no space at the time. Nevertheless, the experimental composer's music and specially made instruments makes it way to Southern California often and tonight is the second night of it over at REDCAT. More info here.
