MUSIC: KChung Radio is hosting a "Summer Beach Bash" in Lincoln Heights this afternoon (so yeah...not at the beach). The fundraiser kicks off at 2 pm and goes until 7 pm. Lucky Dragons, Corey Fogel, Gun Outfit, Pangea, Crazy Band and Keychain will be playing. The cost is $7, and there will be a raffle. The bash will be happening at 1526 Fishburn Ave. Los Angeles, but you can find more info at the event's Facebook page.

MOVIES: Cinefamily is beginning to wrap up its 11-day Everything Is Festival III: The Domination, a festival dedicated to found footage collectors, alternative comedy, and experimental artists. There are movies going all day. At 11:45 am, "Star Wars Uncut" kicks off today's portion of the festival. Later on you can watch "Jeff Krulik’s 'Parking Lot' & Other Treasures," "Schrab & Harmon’s Found Crap: 2012 Festival Edition," "Rock 'N' Roll Hotel" and "Found Footage Battle Royale 2012."

CATS: Attention cat ladies and cat gents! Today is the second day of the annual Cat Fanciers' Association All Breed Cat Show sponsored by The Santa Monica Cat Club. For $10, you can see up to 300+ pedigreed cats and kittens, as well as your run-of-the-mill pet cats. You can watch cats at the judging table or just walk around to admire felines. Breeds include: Abyssinian, Somali, Burmese, Siamese, Cornish Rex, Persian, Ocicat, Maine Coon, Himalayan and more. It's being held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on 1855 Main Street from 10 am until 5 pm. For more information, check out the event's page or its Facebook page.
