Gallery: Legoland Plans To Open Its First U.S. Hotel in 2013
Next year Legoland will be opening the nation's first Lego-themed hotel right next to its Carlsbad theme park.
The hotel will have 250 rooms and each room will have its own theme: Pirate, Adventurer or Kingdom. There will be a ton of details created out of Legos, although the hotel itself will be created out of regular old bricks that can't be taken apart by crafty children (or children at heart).
The hotel is under construction now but the Legos has released promo pictures through its YouTube channel that gives you an idea of what the rooms might look like. We're guessing the pictures were taken at countries around the world that already have their own Legoland Hotel, including Denmark or England.
We'll be curious to see whether Legos' latest hotel will take into account the critiques that the company's toys and parks have become increasingly sexist.
