17 years ago, The V Foundation for Cancer Research was founded by ESPN and Valvano. Since, The V Foundation has raised more than $90 million to fight the disease. ESPN's currently holding their annual Foundation fundraiser by auctioning off sports memorabilia and special experiences. The finest of the SoCal items are listed below. Bidding ends on July 9th.

  • All Night with Jason Smith Lakers Ring Experience. The granddaddy of all ESPN LA auctions. (LAist Interview with Jason Smith.) Two fans will get to hang out with late night radio host, Smith, and attend the Laker's season opening game at the Staples Center where the team will be awarded with their NBA championship rings. Winners will also get a personalized tour of ESPN Radio's studios at LA Live, dinner at the ESPN Zone with Smith, a chance to join Smith on the air, a case of Fresca soda, and a pair of Jason's $100 jeans (regular All Night listeners will know Jason's regularly ribbed for purchasing them.)
