After sustaining injuries to her hand that briefly appeared as though they would cost her a finger, Mayim Bialik has returned to work, all ten digits in place. TMZ caught up with the actress' "Big Bang Theory" co-star Johnny Galecki, who described Bialik as "tough" and "dedicated," noting that she was back on set just one day after the car accident that caused the damages to her hand.

The crash happened on Wednesday at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea Avenue. Bialik was later seen out and about wearing a cast, and was even well enough to plug her upcoming appearance on "The Soup" in a tweet about the accident.
