Photos: Judd Apatow's Charming Beachfront Pad Could Be Yours For $12 Million
Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann are putting their Malibu home and its sweeping beachfront views up for sale for $12 million.
Filmmaker Judd Apatow and actress Leslie Mann moved into the home in Malibu’s secluded Colony in 2013, paying $10.825 million, according to Variety. They’re now putting it back on the market for $12 million.
The 2,550 square foot home was built in the 1930s, and contains 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It's located in a beachfront stretch called the Colony, which consists of about 100 homes, often occupied by various celebrities, according to The Daily Beast.
According to the home's listing, "the walled compound could have been plucked from the pages of Elle Decor." The property also boasts a large kitchen, a two-car garage, a master bedroom with a fireplace and "a sprawling terrace with views from Catalina to Point Dume." The listing also makes note of the home's proximity to SoulCycle and a number of high-end shops and restaurants, if you're into that kind of thing.
