Whoever loses the upcoming presidential election will be sad panda for a little while, but stars from the adult industry might have a cheering thought -- they're offering up the losing party a chance to host the 2013 AVN Awards in Las Vegas.

The failed candidate would share the stage with porn stars Asa Akira and Jesse James as they hand out awards to their peers in categories such as "Best Anal Sex Scene" and "Best Group Sex Scene."

In a statement, Akira said that hanging out with professional sex-havers would be just the way for Romney or Obama to cut loose and nurse their sorrows.

"This will give our host the chance to kick back as an honored VIP guest and get some serious national television exposure as co-host of the Awards," she said. "It could be a kickoff for 2013!"
