A Dodger Game and Matzo Ball Soup

Our June member drive is live: protect this resource!
Right now, we need your help during our short June member drive to keep the local news you read here every day going. This has been a challenging year, but with your help, we can get one step closer to closing our budget gap. Today, put a dollar value on the trustworthy reporting you rely on all year long. We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership.

Farmer John may not sell kosher dogs and there may be only on stand in all of Dodger Stadium that sells veggie dogs, but now you can at least get your Canter's Deli and have your ball game too. Via LAObserved, the Los Angeles Business Journal is reporting that local flavors will be added to a stand at the field level third base area. Besides Canter's, expect to see Mrs. Beasley’s, Camacho’s Cantina and Ruby’s Diner.

The service begins on Monday at the afternoon home opener against the San Francisco Giants. Before that, there will be three exhibition games against the Boston Red Sox, including one at the LA Memorial Coliseum this Saturday. If you want to be in traffic head there -- over 100,000 people will be in attendance.
