The four dine-and-dashers who ran over a waitress have been charged for the incident and, well... get a load of those mugshots.Rowshaid Cordell Pellum was charged on Tuesday with two felony counts for being the driver of the VW Jetta that ran over the leg of waitress Maria Uriostegui. His fellow dine-and-dashers Santeea Munay Ralph, Shyteice Lashay Miles, and Markeisha Michelle Williams were all also charged with misdemeanors for their role in the incident. The foursome were eating at the Mexico Lindo restaurant in unincorporated Anaheim on Sunday evening when they all bailed on the check. They were later arrested early Monday morning at a Motel 6 when authorities spotted their car in the motel parking lot.

"We made eye contact, and they laughed it off and then they just drove. At that point and I knew they weren't going to stop so I tried to move out of the way," Uriostegui told KTLA. Luckily for the waitress, she was able to escape only with cuts and bruises.

For a guy that looks to be facing almost 5 years in prison for aggravated assault and hit-and-run, Pellum looks pretty happy about it.
