Police are asking for help in identifying at least three suspects responsible for seven Hollywood area armed street robberies that occurred last week. "These robberies occurred between August 8th to 17th within the area of La Cienega Boulevard and La Brea Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard and Beverly Boulevard," an LAPD release said.
All occurring in the late evening or early morning hours in residential areas with either one suspect or a few together (each holdup has been different), the robbers are described as "male Blacks in their 20s, ranging in height from 5’6” to 6’ tall, 150 to 200 pounds."
Anyone with information is urged to call Detective Gary Kukaua at the Hollywood Division at (213) 972-2932 or 1-877-LAWFULL during off-hours and weekends.
