A third person has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 49-year-old Burbank woman that took place at her front door on February 25th, according to cbs2.com. Jasmine Voskian was shot and killed after she answered the door of her home in what is described as an upscale area in Burbank.

26-year-old Bella Stepanyan was arrested yesterday for her alleged role in the murder, following the post-crime arrest of Armen Mangasaryan, 29, and Arpiar Tergalstanyan, 20. Stepanyan's immediate affiliation with the two men is not immediately known, but authorities say she "is believed to have been associated with the two men and the victim." She "is being held at the Burbank Jail without bail" and "is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday."

Burbank Police believe the motive for the fatal at-home shooting was not random, but rather the result of "a failure to repay a monetary debt." Anyone with information about the murder is asked to call Lt. Ron Caruso or Detective Chris Robarts of the Burbank Police Department's Homicide Section at (818) 238-3241.
