OC Shooting, Stabbing Prove Fatal

Two incidents that took place yesterday in parts of Orange County turned deadly and claimed two lives and injured others.
The first incident took place Friday afternoon in Garden Grove, when a man described as "an Asian male in his early 20s, was found lying in a pool of blood in the middle of the street," an apparent victim of a stabbing reports CBS2.com. Officials found the body at Cork Street and Hazard Avenue, and believe that the stabbing stemmed from an earlier and ongoing dispute, with the suspect being another Asian man in his early 20s. A woman was also injured, and was taken to UCI medical center for treatment of her "head or facial injuries." The investigation continues to determine what the motive was and why this bloody scene played out on these residential streets.
The second incident involves a 17-year-old boy who was shot to death in a gang-related attack in Santa Ana. The victim was found outside of an apartment building at 9:39 last night. Two other victims were involved and were taken to the hospital for their injuries.
