One man is dead and a second is recovering from his wounds at an area hospital following a shooting early this morning outside a Valley Glen McDonald's, according to CBS2.

The LAPD responded to the call of shots fired at Victory Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon at around 2:00 this morning; witnesses say they heard fighting and screaming, and ultimately a lot of gunfire, per a live report on KTLA. The victims, according to Lt. Alan Hamilton, were both Armenian, though the LAPD do not believe the shooting was gang-related, but rather a dispute that escalated into violence.

The shooters fled the scene, and were last seen in a blue sedan.
