A suspect in a police chase involving a stolen car was arrested after the car crashed into two other vehicles on Fairfax Avenue and Beverly Boulevard.

The LAPD Wilshire Community Police officers were in the middle of a short chase with the driver of the stolen car at 8:45 a.m. when the crash occurred at the busy intersection that's just steps away from CBS Studios, LAPD officer Drake Madison told LAist.

There were no serious injuries, and the driver was taken into custody.

An onlooker tweeted that the driver barely missed hitting a pedestrian in the crash:

Madison said that the intersection would be closed off for some time, but did not know for how long.
