911 and multiple media calls to the Los Angeles Fire Department indicated that there was smoke at the 405 Freeway and Howard Hughes Blvd. Upon further investigation, there was no concern, it was just dust: "Smoke Scare due to construction," Melissa Kelley at the LAFD wrote in an alert.
