Bungled Break-In

Some us are scared of the mere idea of getting into a fender-bender with a lawyer. But some of us, on the other hand, have the temerity to go and rob the City Attorney's house. Delagdillo was elected in 2001 and is seen as a guy with serious political ambitions.
Delgadillo played football at Harvard before hitting the books at Columbia Law School. McChesney had just finished a stint in Folsom Prison on a drug charge. As for Rocky's future?
