If you've ever wanted to adopt your own entourage and get world-class A-list treatment, apparently Los Angeles International Airport is the place to go. So throw on your best pair of sweats, grab your $1000 handbag, and slip on those shades! Of course, you might want to enlist your own security detail, because yesterday "the Los Angeles City Council on Tuesday decided against any new regulations to control paparazzi at [LAX]" reports the Daily News.

Because the airport has only reportedly experienced two incidents recently involving stars (Kanye West and Jamie Lynn Spears, to be precise), the City Council felt that any extra measures were unnecessary and that the airport police were there to protect all travelers, not just the ones being hounded by relentless foul-mouthed shutterbugs. In fact, noted Councilwoman Janice Hahn, "everyone who comes to LAX should be treated as a celebrity." Unfortunately, there is nothing glamorous about long lines at security, extra fees for checked baggage, skanky bathrooms, overpriced fast food, and no free Wifi--not to mention the luxuries that await you once you board your flight.

Apparently around 50 "real" celebrities come through LAX every day.
