A ride at Adventure City in Anaheim flipped over, causing a father and his two young children to fall out of the ride.

It happened on a plane ride at the family amusement park, according to ABC 7. A 4-year-old was taken to the hospital just as a precaution.

Investigators are trying to figure out what caused the plane to turn over. But witnesses told ABC 7 that the mechanics were trying to right the plane, even before paramedics and police got to the scene.
