The 9-1-1 phone call made by Junior Seau's girlfriend after she discovered that he had shot himself in the chest has been released and is available on TMZ's website.

The awful, heart-rending phone call begins with his girlfriend Megan screaming and crying before she can even begin to describe to a 9-1-1 dispatcher what has happened.

Megan says that she had gone out to the gym, and when she returned she came home to find Junior Seau with a bullet wound in his chest. She tells the 9-1-1 operator that he's not breathing and doesn't seem to have a pulse, so a firefighter tries to walk her through administering CPR until the authorities arrive.

Junior Seau was pronounced dead at the scene.
