Hotel Erwin’s rooftop lounge High is holding a special July 4th party. The 4th of Jul-High event features twist on traditional American dishes, such as Pulled Pork Sliders with fennel slaw and Sushi "Nachos" with Sriracha aioli. Desserts include Grilled Peaches with double cream and Roasted Grapes with whipped goat cheese and tarragon. There are two seatings, the first from 12-5pm ($40) and the second, 6pm to midnight ($80). Price includes entrance, all you can eat, and first drink is free. RSVP at 424.214.1004 or high@jdvhotels.com. Advance payment is required.
