Now that Halloween has crept by into the mist, everyone is jumping right into the holiday season. Over in Beverly Hills, they have their calendar ready and filled with a long list of events for the holiday season.

On Thursday, November 14th, BOLD (Beverly Hills Open Later Days) Holidays will kick off festivities with the Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration. Starting at 5 p.m., the 200 to 400 blocks on Rodeo Drive will be pedestrian-only for the public to enjoy music, performances and beautiful light installations along Rodeo Drive. Tony, Emmy and Golden Globe award-nominated TV actor and Broadway performer Matthew Morrison will take the stage for a special performance of holiday songs, along with a sneak peek from his 2020 album of Disney classic covers. Attendees can also catch the Hip Hop Nutcracker Dancers, a Dance Spectacular, a Holiday Shoppers Delight experience, and more. Beverly Hills Mayor John Mirisch and fellow City Council members will take the stage to officially launch the season and switch on the holiday lights. At 8 p.m., the celebration moves skyward with a fireworks finale.

Following the Holiday Lighting Celebration, BOLD Holidays will continue its festivities on BOLD Nights, Friday and Saturday evenings from November 15 through December 21, 2019, with most activities taking place between 5 and 8 p.m. Events include the Jolly Trolley with Mrs. Claus, visits with Santa at The Paley Center for Media, live entertainment on Rodeo Drive, art walks, holiday dining, extended shopping hours and much more.

And be sure to visit The Scenario Studio: A Photomusement Experience. The Scenario Studio is an immersive photo experience that invites guests to interact with a selection of full-scale sets with professional lighting, unlike anything you have seen before. Open daily from November 15 through December 22. Admission is complimentary.

Special parking rates will be offered at select City of Beverly Hills parking garages, and the City is offering free Bike Share usage on BOLD Nights. Pick up a bike at any Bike Share location in Beverly Hills and ride for free. No promo code is needed. And complimentary single-use Metro Tap Cards will be available, while supplies last, at the BOLD Holidays Information booth on Rodeo Drive.
