Nile Rodgers & CHIC Groove at The Hollywood Bowl For The 4th Of July
The Hollywood Bowl is one of L.A.'s most legendary venues, and it's no surprise that they'll be putting iconic names on stage for Independence Day. For three nights in a row, the LA Phil will be teaming up with Nile Rodgers & CHIC to put on a star-spangled and firework-filled performance to celebrate the 4th of July.
With such long-standing careers and a discography packed with hits, Nile Rodgers & CHIC will be sure to give a great performance that'll include grooving basslines and strong vocals that will get everybody dancing at the Bowl. They'll be showcasing their own smashes — including "Le Freak" and "Good Times" — as well as hits Nile Rodgers has had as a producer, like Diana Ross' "I'm Coming Out" and Daft Punk's "Get Lucky."
The night kicks off with a "disco throwdown" where the Hollywood Bowl Plaza will be transformed into a disco dance floor. Guests can expect DJs, dance lessons, flashback outfits, and more.
