Rebecca would like to sell some furniture while also reminding us that our time on this fair planet is short.

"I wish you the best of luck," she tells Craiglist prospective buyers of her in-excellent-condition coffee table, because "Like any of us, / It won't be here Forever." In need of a little extra cash, the 27-year-old artist and teacher decided, like many a twenty-something before her, to sell some stuff on Craigslist. But unlike your average Craigslist poster, Rebecca's descriptions of her soon-to-be-former items quickly devolved into musings on the nature of time and the self. Scroll through below at your own delight. To our great shock and dismay, Rebecca reports that not a single person (save for your fair Craigslist-trolling publication) has contacted her about her coffee table, unopened IKEA curtains, lavender lamp or, uh, used shower caddy (honestly, we kind of understand the hesitation on that last one).

The table in question, according to Rebecca, once belonged to her friend's grandmother. "But it doesn't really fit in my apartment and when push comes to shove, I'd rather have $25 bucks."
