Monday marks the fourth annual worldwide Negroni Week, a celebration of the classy red-hued cocktail with a charitable twist.

Started by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, Negroni Week is a chance to enjoy classic or creative takes on the libation—traditionally made with equal parts gin, vermouth and Campari—at participating bars that pledge to donate $1 from each drink to the charity of their choosing.

Negroni Week runs from June 6-12 and you can see a full list of participating locations and their chosen charities at the official Negroni Week website. Naturally, several spots in Los Angeles are participating, offering up their own takes on the cocktail. Here's our list of some of them especially worth checking out.

Belcampo Meat Co., Santa Monica

Cocktail: Part of Belcampo’s new sensory menu, the Red Light Negroni is equal parts Bols Genever, Campari and sweet vermouth, served in a gutted light bulb. The red light effect is a cheeky nod to Amsterdam’s Red Light District, where Bols was founded in 1575.

Belcampo Meat Co. is located at 1026 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90401

Far Bar

Cocktails: The fun but intimate Asian fusion DTLA restaurant and bar is serving a trio of tipples: They have a Classic Negroni, a "Dutch Raja" made of Bols Genever, Chai tea infused Punt e Mes, Aperol, Campari, coconut milk, egg white, grenadine; and the "Easy Street," comprised of rye, Amaro Nonio, Aperol, and grapefruit.
