While waiting every year for the Coachella music lineup to be announced is an event within itself, food lovers have something to be just as excited about. Coachella's food lineup for the two-weekend festival out in the desert has just been announced—and it's a stellar one.

Forget about your run of the mill hot dogs and burgers. From April 10-12 and April 17-19, festival goers will get to sample from a long list of restaurants, many of which are hip and upscale Los Angeles eateries and pop-ups restaurants.

For folks who have general admission tickets, you can grab food and drinks from shops like Beer Belly, 800 Degrees, Top Round Roast Beef, Verve Coffee Bar, and Milk Jar Cookies.

The VIP ticket holders get access to even more delectable choices, including The Church Key, Kazunori, Egg Slut, Ramen Champ, Cole's, Phorage, Sage Vegan Bistro and Dante's Fried Chicken. They'll also have the chance to sit down for $50 prix-fixe menus at pop-ups from the likes of Kris Morningstar's Terrine for French-meets-Californian cuisine, Roy Choi's POT for Korean fare, and The Gadarene Swine & Scratch Bar for upscale vegan options. The pop-ups require a reservation, which you can book through the Reserve app starting today up until 12 p.m. the day of each event. Once the Coachella festival starts, anyone who has a VIP wristband can walk up to a host stand and make an RSVP for the pop-up event. You can also try to walk in and see if any seats are available.

All ticket holders will have a chance to reserve a seat at Coachella's Outstanding in the Field, which are basically fancy, collaborative dinners prepared by world renowned chefs, some of which just so happen to be James Beard award winners and folks from Michelin-starred restaurants. NBD. Some of the highlights include Abigaile's Tin Vuong, Picca's Ricardo Zarate, Top Chef alum Alex Reznik, and Cliff's Edge's Vartan Abgaryan. Foodies get to enjoy four-course meals that come with cocktail, beer and wine for a seating price of $225 per person at Coachella's Rose Garden. There are seatings available at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on each day of the festival. You can buy Outstanding in the Field tickets for weekend 1 here and weekend 2 here.
