The 91 Gets Really Jealous of the 405, Rebrands Itself 'Beelzebub Himself' on Twitter

All this summer all that anyone could talk about was the 405 this, Carmageddon that.

It was only a matter of time before some of the other freeways in Los Angeles got jealous of all the attention lavished on the 405. There are plenty of hellish commutes here — why should one freeway get all the attention?

The 91 freeway must have asked itself that same question, because on Wednesday it launched its own Twitter account. It shed its wholesome image — like that innocent nickname "the Artesia freeway" — and has rolled out a new rebranding campaign. Its clogged twists and turns from Riverside to Corona are now "Beelzebub himself."
