Lindsay Lohan Back in Court After Allegedly Drinking at Home

Lindsay Lohan arrived at the LAX Courthouse at 9:45 a.m. Thursday on a probation violation. The 24-year-old troublemaker reportedly tested positive for alcohol during a June 13th party at her Venice house, according to Radar Online.

So what? Well, you can't drink when you're in jail and you're not supposed to party when on house arrest. Especially if you're Lindsay Lohan.

Signs of trouble? Lohan reportedly blew off a 15-minute chat scheduled at her home with NBC's Matt Lauer, according to the Washington Post. The interview was set to air in part this morning on Today and later on Dateline. Instead, WaPo reports:

"Look who's back!" "Today" sweetheart Ann Curry said at the top of the hour - right after mentioning the overnight capture in Santa Monica, CA of a notorious mobster who'd been on the lam for nearly 20 years, and the evacuation of 11,000 from flooded regions of North Dakota — but before any mention of the plans for troop draw-down in Afghanistan detailed by of President Obama in his address to the nation Wednesday night.
Wednesday morning, Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, appeared on ABC's "The View," in part taking blame for Lindsay's issues and concluding that she needed rehab not jail time. Lohan's current sentence, of course, has nothing to do with alcohol but is related to a theft charge regarding a necklace.

So the big question is: Will Lohan be sent to jail? To rehab? Or will she be locked up in a bathroom at her chic Venice pad with an ankle monitor and a bottle of Everclear?
