Learn How to Identify Wildflowers
With Southern California bursting into bloom these days, we recommend a trip to see the spring flowers. But how to tell which flower is which?
Charmlee Wilderness Park in the city of Malibu is hosting a docent-led wildflower hike this Saturday (April 5) at 10 am so that you'll really be able to appreciate the profusion of coastal blossoms. Reservations can be made by calling (310) 317-1364.
If you can't make the docent-led walks, we still recommend taking a hike at Charmlee - the trails are nice and not too hard, and the park has beautiful flowers right now to compliment the stunning ocean views.
