Lots of people in Los Angeles crave privacy. Many of them are people who have chosen to make careers out of living life in the public eye, and then decide that actually, being in the public eye sucks (yes, I'm looking at you, famouses). Well, now we can add to that list one Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who has won the right to break zoning laws and go against the wishes of the very constituents he serves by building fence around his Windsor Square residence.
