In a strangely underreported story that we can only see being discussed on a few local blogs, it appears that the Better Business Bureau has given Santa Monica-based rental giants Westside Rentals an F-rating. LA Voice yesterday reported that a commenter on West LA Online had just pointed out that the BBB had bestowed a failing grade to the apartment and house rental company due to not properly offering $10 refunds to qualifying members.......
