LA DWP crews are at work this afternoon to repair a large sinkhole that has opened up on Sunset Blvd. as a result of a water main break that happened earlier this morning. The hole is at Sunset and North Edgemont, near the Kaiser Permanente facilities. Kaiser was without water for a short time this morning, according to a live report on KTLA, however no patients were affected. Another Water Main Break in the Hills

A second water main break occurred last night in the Hollywood Hills, a few miles drive east from an earlier break. LADWP crews cleared the "slow leak" break on Packwood Trail off Mulholland Drive by 2:30 a.m., more ethan four hours after the break was reported.
