Viceroy Santa Monica and DJ Garth Trinidad are bringing an international flavor to the beach this summer with the launch of “Beats and Bites," a unique culinary experience set to sounds from around the world. The hotel’s vibrant poolside scene will play host to Trinidad’s personal picks from Los Angeles’ renowned international music community for eight weeks only. Tonight is the kick-off night, and Trinidad will host the reggae-focused evening.
