Out with one fire, in with another. A fast-moving brush fire erupted near Mt. Baldy above Chino and Upland around 2:15 p.m. today, CBS2 reports. 50-150 acres have burned, but winds are reported to be "light and breezy," a good sign that the fire may be more easily controlled. No homes are currently threatened.
