But we strongly suggest heading over to the Palace Theatre in Downtown as well to catch the Strokes' vocalist and chief songwriter Julian Casablancas (LAist Interview), who will be concluding his month-long residency. Tonight famed Pixies front man Frank Black will be performing under his stage name Black Francis at the Mint. Seattle-bred drone metal outfit SUNN O))) are poised to annihilate eardrums at Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock. And, lastly, LAist's favorite instrumental act Signal Hill will be performing at Echo Curio with the Littlest Viking and Beware of Safety. But we strongly suggest heading over to the Echo to catch local indie rock duo the Voyeurs (LAist Interview), who will be ringing in a new video for their leading single "Things People Say." Box Violet and Kissing Cousins are slated to kick things off.

Tonight legendary country singer-songwriter Merle Haggard will be performing at the Grove of Anaheim. Prolific punk rockers NOFX are slated to headline a sold-out show at the Henry Fonda Music Box. Bluegrass troubadours Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlings will be jamming together at Largo at the Coronet. OC-based pop punk outfit Circa Survive are poised to play to a sold-out crowd at the Troubadour. Echo Park's own indie rockers Iglu & Hartly will be coming through the Viper Room. And, lastly, D.C.-bred indie rockers Jukebox the Ghost will be joined by the Voyeurs at Three Clubs in Hollyweird. But we strongly suggest that you head over to the Hotel Café to catch local experimental instrumental duo El Ten Eleven.

Tonight local indie rockers the Voyeurs will be ringing in their debut full-length at the Echo with LAist favorites the Monolators (LAist Review, #2), Go West Young Man and Les Blanks. Hawaiian-born singer-songwriter Sara Lov will be concluding her month-long residency at Spaceland with B.R.A.M. Rainbow^Arabia are slated to perform at the Airliner with Hecuba and We Are The World. And, lastly, the little Brooklyn-based indie rock outfit that could, otherwise known as the Honorary Title, will be headlining the Hotel Café. But we strongly suggest catching either one of Metronomy's (LAist Review) performances tonight. The exemplary English electro-pop trio will be thumping out a steady stream of synth lines and beats at both Temporary Spaces and Cinespace.
