TMZ got their hands on the audio from the 911 call yesterday from Michael Jackson's rental home in Holmby Hills. They never identify the 50-year-old man who is not breathing as Jackson, but do say that a doctor is there present with him:

First there was Ashton Kutcher's video from last week of him freaking out over construction at a neighbors house (he later apologized). Now this dramatic audio (TMZ calls it "amazing") from six months ago appears on the net. This happened after the Director of Photography stepped into the frame, ruining the scene. The Inglewood Police are keeping silent about their city council's revelation yesterday that an August 31 incident involving officers fatally shooting a homeless man was recorded on tape and in the hands of the City. According to cbs2.com, the council released a written statement regarding the video, which allegedly shows "seven officers [who] fired a combined 47 times" at "a homeless man carrying a toy gun."

The Austin Powers actor who played Mini-Me is suing TMZ over a video they posted showing clips from a private sex video between he and his girlfriend. Also named in the lawsuit is Kevin Blatt, who is known for distributing the infamous Paris Hilton video, and SugarDVD, the company that has offered Blatt $100,000 to distribute the video even further. A representative from TMZ declined comment to LAist.
