Yes, they are. Local news blogger Erin Holness at News Me Baby became frustrated enough with those PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) that she researched the legality of them on Los Angeles streets. "Those god-damned PODS," she bemoaned. "As if parking wasn't hard enough, some lazy neighbor has had one of those PODS delivered to the curb outside their building/house.
