Chef Stefan Richter, known for his commitment to his meticulous yet simply prepared food, has a big personality. On Top Chef he was the smack-talking half of team Europe with Fabio Viviani. Later this month Viviani will open Firenze Osteria in North Hollywood. In August, Richter opened Stefan's L.A. Farm at the Lantana Center in Santa Monica.
