Hermosa Beach's own punk rockers Pennywise will be struttin' their machismo around a sold-out crowd with the Vandals at the Hollywood Palladium. Santa Cruz-by-way-of-Atlanta instrumental outfit Sound Tribe Sector 9 are headlining the Wiltern with electronic producer/musician extraordinaire Prefuse 73. San Diegan alt-rockers the Delta Spirit will be performing at the El Rey Theatre with LAist favorites Everest (LAist Review, #2). Latin rockers Ozomatli are headlining the Echoplex with Wait.Think.Fast in tow. And, lastly, Anticon's best emcee Sole is coming through the Knitting Factory. Sole is a badass, a rapper, a visionary, and this Friday he will be the dopest show to check out in town. Sole is often best known for his solo work with Anticon, and did a killer interview with us back in July, but will be killing it with his new music-homies the Skyrider Band.
