Dance teacher, TV judge and choreographer Melvin Shane Sparks was arrested this morning at his North Hollywood home as part of an ongoing child molestation investigation in which he is suspected of engaging in a handful of sexual acts with minors. A suspect has been arrested in connection to a Tuesday night murder that left a woman and her unborn twins dead. Around 10 p.m., officers were called to a home on the 1600 block of Electric Avenue--just one block from Abbott Kinney--when they saw a possible suspect running from the location.
