County Superior Court Judge, the LA Times reports. He will also have to take a year-long domestic violence class and stay 50 yards away from pop singer Rihanna, who he attacked and threatened last February, for the next five years. Brown will be under the direct supervision of the Richmond, Virginia's chief of police. If convicted, he would have been sentenced to jail for a maximum of five years. In July, he publicly apologized on YouTube for what he did.
