Sunday @ 10pm features the return of AMC's incredible series, "Breaking Bad", with Bryan Cranston (pictured, right) as Walt White, the terminally-ill high school science teacher-turned meth cooker. We've been eagerly waiting for this show to resume and AMC has done a great job whetting our appetite with their sneak webisodes and other promos. Since the other stuff we like to watch on Sunday's @ 10pm are available on-demand, this is one of our prime picks of the weekend.

Last night had some great TV. What'd you watch: "True Blood", "Mad Men", "Entourage", the VMAs? Any comments?

Now that the writers' strike is over and it's full-steam ahead with the Oscars, you can bet that just about every TV channel is going to dogpile on the gala event. Yeah, the Grammys went ahead without interference but the Grammys are nothing compared to the Oscars. E! and CNN already have several shows lined up (look for Oscar host, Jon Stewart, on Larry King this Wednesday night) ready to tackle the exciting topics of: what will be in the gift bags? Who is Prince going to have perform at his Oscar bash? Where do the stars detox before and after the Oscars? etc.

Can't muster up the incentive to pay $3.25 for a cupcake? Then head on over to Sprinkles in Beverly Hills to get one for free! For today only, Sprinkles is teaming up with FOX's Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles for a promotion. The first 1000 customers will get a free "red eye red velvet" cupcake and according to the store, cupcakes are still available and probably have a "couple hours left" until they hit 1000. So head on over there before its too late, because apparently the cupcake fad isn't over.
