Laguna Beach sustained some of the most profound damage from the massive rainstorm that has just cleared the region, in the form of mud flows in the hillsides and in their popular Downtown area. This morning the cleanup resumes, but thankfully without the threat of rain, and some residents have been able to return to their homes, according to LA Now.
